Do I need to commit to a certain length of time when enrolling for lessons?

No, we do however ask that you commit to the lesson schedule for the length of time you choose to stay enrolled in lessons.  

We want to ensure our students receive four lessons per month. Due to stat holidays typically falling on Mondays, there are some Months where Mondays will receive a 5th lesson to compensate another month only having 3 lessons. Despite some months looking different, everything will balance out at the end of the year so that Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays receive the same number of lessons over the course of the year.

Make up lessons (highlighted in the calendar in yellow) are meant to ensure each student receives four lessons per month. Make up lessons compensate for occasional scheduling conflicts and sick days. Make up lessons are to be requested by the student and must take place within one month of the missed lesson. Missed lessons can only be compensated with a make up lesson and can not be used as a credit on future invoices.

No, it is important to know that when you sign up for lessons you are committing to that specific 30 minute time slot each week for that month.
